Why, when they are selling Tocolytics do they have to have a picture of a
baby with a bottle in his/her mouth as the FIRST baby picture you see?

After coming from the ILCA Conference and seeing all those lovely children
with smiles and facial expressions (have you noticed how less expressive a
baby's face is when covered by the base of a pacifier or sucking on a
bottle?), I become even MORE sensitized to seeing the children in our
agencies whose babies are using "dummies" (in Puerto Rico  we say "bobo"
which translates quite perfectly to dummy).
