I had a mom tell me last week that her OBGYN put her on a birth control
pill to help reduce her supply as she was experience reccuring mastitis. I
think 4 wks is a little premature to prescribe the pill to reduce supply,
but in general this practice is very pro-breastfeeding, and
more 'educated' in the lacation department than many Drs in the area
(DE/PA/MD).
