Hi Denise,
yes I would agree with you, as 'over-active' to me, means 'lots of
letdowns'.
Forceful is a good term.........
or how about 'rapid', or 'strong' or 'overpowering milk ejection reflex'.
I like 'overpowering' as it refers to the flow being difficult for the
infant to cope with.
Just brainstorming instead of doing the housework!!
