Clicking while sucking may also be a sign of Overactive milk ejection reflex. The baby breaks the suction when the milk pours down the throat to protect the airway. IT would be helpful to assess for other signs of lots of milk and work on reducing the mlk (one breast per feed or to or three feeds in a row depending on how much milk there is)
