some 25-30 years ago I had excellent success with a mom who decided to nurse
her baby weeks after birth.  It seems to me that the biggest help/trigger
for milk production was to get the baby at the breast.  So as soon as this
baby is physically able, get her kangarooing!!!  We also borrowed a healthy
full term nursing baby for extra stim(back then you could do that ).
