My thoughts exactly.BTDT.
Celiac would be all gluten though, not just wheat.....wheat, rye,
barley, spelt, kamut and anything derived from them (probably should
skip oats too since they're generally lumped into the gluten group in
the us b/c of...well, that's another list:))
