Another choice is called "Hands-Free with TLC".  It's an adjustable
elastic band that mom places around her over her opened bra.  The pump
flanges fit through slits in the elastic-voila-no hands.  It looks a lot
easier to me than dealing with attaching rubber bands.  A couple moms in
our support group have used it when returning to work.  One just called
me Thursday raving about how great she thought it was.  Note: I have no
commercial interest in this product-I refer moms to a local pharmacy
that I know carries it.  I believe they have a
website-handsfreewithtlc-(don't know if it all runs together or if there
are any breaks or case changes, but you should be able to find it with a
search (all my info is at work and I'm actually off 'til Tuesday!)
