One more thing in regards to iron stores.  I believe it makes a differnce if
the cord is not cut too soon after birth.  In many hospitals, there is a rush
to cut the cord.  For my children, the cord was not cut until after if
stopped pumping (pulsing), after the placenta was delivered.
