Esther,
I'm very interested in hearing more about the guided imagery that you
describe in your post.  Do you use the same, specific description every time
or modify it depending on the mother?  Would you mind posting the imagery
you use, either privately  or to the list if others are interested.  I had
great success using guided imagery in my work as a substance abuse counselor
and never considered using it in my lactation work.

I hope your hand is recovering ;-))
