If we were to apply this faulty logic to other examples then it would also
hold true that we should :
1.  Stop having prenatal classes because a mother who tries to have a natural
birth who ends up with a C-section might have Post partum depression.

2. Stop teaching about infant safety and car seats because if the infant dies
or is injured, this might lead to postpartum depression.


Yet,  what if the reverse is true.  Not learning about breastfeeding and
trying to succeed and failing--Could this lead to postpartum depression?
Certainly,  there is evidence that cessation of breastfeeding worsens it.

I agree with Phylis "good thing there is no law against being 'stoopid'!"
