I've known some who threw up until mom started nursing w/ baby's whole body
facing her. I'll bet somehow this baby is swallowing air during feeds -
that the breast, especially if nursings are spaced and involve large
intakes, is shooting milk into the baby where the bottle is just trickling
it in, or that baby is contorted slightly at breast but not with the bottle.
I'd double-check positioning and encourage managing for oversupply - several
hours (could be much more than 2) per side with frequent offers of snacks at
breast. My *guess* is that when the firehose is really quelled, the
spitting up will cut way back.
