I though you would all enjoy this...
Today I saw our cat playing with something in the grass. Upon closer
inspection, I saw it was a baby mouse, eyes still closed.
I grabbed it, to save it from cat play and certain death, and brought it
into the house where the children made a habitat...
Wondering what to feed this wee creature, I quickly came to an answer -
breastmilk! I hand expressed some milk into the jar where the mouse lapped
it right up.
So, now we have a baby mouse who is very fond of my milk, and me wondering
what to do next!
