I seem to remember a list of responses to this question floating around one
of the other BF lists I'm on or was on. These spring to mind:

"No, s/he is weaned - this is my sister's baby"

"I'm practicing for the cover of National Geographic"

"Yes, did you want some?"

"I'm still working on those extra IQ points"

"are you still ASKING?"

"no, I'm breastfeeding, I gave up my nursing career to stay home with my
kids"

I guess it all depends on how sassy you are feeling
