For the PCOS patient...You need to have a diet that consists of 40% CHO, 30%
Protein, 30% Fat. This diet is used for hyperinsulinemia and PCOS pts. I
would suggest that you find a Liscensed Dietitian in your area that can
teach you carbohydrate counting. I am not sure if it will help your milk
supply but it will certainly make you feel better. Good Luck!
