I want to apologize for my over enthusiastic request for references on the
issue of swaddling and SIDS. I'm usually right on top of the idea that if
you KNOW what caused it, it isn't SIDS.
My issue isn't with wrapping per se, it's with the super tight, near
mummification I see many nurses do with normal Level I babies so they can
feed them faster and keep them quiet. The mothers learn by what we do, not
by what we say.
