To respond to the question regarding quidelines for hospital rounds:
We chart and charge all mothers the same whether we answer a few questions
or provide extensive hands-on help.  In other words, it is the same
standard charting page and charge sheet.

The difference will show up in the actual charting that is done and the
amount of time that is charged.  We track by 15 min. increments.  While
there is no actual separate charge for lactation rounds, it is helpful for
productivity records and for patient history in case there is any question
of care.
