Dear Friends:
     I think I posted about this mother with implants nursing her 3rd baby.
Baby is now gaining. Mother is upset. She complained to me that things were
so much easier before I started working with her. Now that she is doing all
this breastfeeding and pumping, and not using the pacifier, her baby is fussy
and wants to be held and is a real nuisance.
     I did remind her that he wasn't gaining any weight when he was so quiet.
Can you believe this? She liked him quiet, when he was sleeping to conserve
calories.
