I do not have help for you on this one but I recently saw a woman over
40 who came to me for a breast cancer screening exam (BCCCP). She had
one large nipple and one that was totally inverted with a large lump
beneath the areola , the same size as the everted nipple. I imagine that
there might be ducts aimed backwards because of the inversion.  Hope
things work out for your client!
