So well said. I do have a boppy and a breast friend pillow, both were promotional gifts to me.
I strive to simplify motherhood personally and to the clients I serve and certainly agree with the minimalization of accessories!
The only time I truly find the pillow helpful is when I am seriously trying to help mom work on a latch problem. Keeping baby in a 'captive' position can be helpful, but I also tend to take the pillow away when all settled so as mom can get comfortable.
