First have her get a better pump! Many moms like the Avent Isis, the
Ameda one hand pump, or Medela's mini electric for once in awhile use.
Then I would suggest she pump on one breast in the early morning when
she is fullest, and feed the baby on the other. Once one is good at
pumping, milk can be gotten anytime, but for learners, early morning is
usually easiest.
