Are these SAFE, you wonder? Where I live no one **dares** to get pregnant
without laying in a supply of these things, unless they already take Cod
Liver Oil, that all-purpose healing tonic so beloved in this cod-fisheries
dominated country.
Women who don't eat fatty fish or take cod liver oil are strongly advised to
take these capsules during pregnancy, and breastfeeding. Not taking them is
practically considered high risk behavior.
