I have had difficulty in helping a mom get over thrush.  She can not afford a full treatment of Diflucan.  I pulled up Pat Gima's tx for yeast and mom is using Jack's cream and doing a vinegar rinse.  She has been doing this for 4 days.  She states that the burning is gone but now nipples look very dry and starting to crack.  What would you suggest? Claudia Globerger RN/IBCLC
