Crystal, many years ago I remember a mother with vitilgo on her breast -
involving the nipple.  I don't think she was really very comitted to
breastfeeding and stopped early because of nipple trauma - unrelated I feel
to the vitiligo.  Most of her health care providers felt her nipple skin
would be "fragile".  The research I did at the time led me to believe that
she should be able to breastfeed - with proper support and information, of
course.
