You reminded me of the fun we had many years ago in Evansville, Indiana!
 We were overrun with moms - and ran FOUR groups among FIVE Leaders - we
took turns and made arrangements so that there were always 2 Leaders at
each meeting - which often was a challenge as we all had small kids of our
own.  One Leader was even a single mom!

...and what do you think we thought of?  "Let's start TODDLER meetings so
our groups won't be so big!  So one series we ran not one, but TWO toddler
meetings - one in the mornings and one in the evenings.

Any Leader will tell you that the atmosphere is VERY different - daytime
and evening meetings.  Same with the Toddler meetings.  We ran them just
like the League series:

        I .   Benefits of Breastfeeding a toddler
        II.   Overcoming difficulties (relatives and friends' comments, employers,
etc.)
        III.  Dealing with another pregnancy (or difficulties in getting pregnant
for some)  and/or continuing extended nursing
IV. Nutrition (encouraging good foods as breastfeedings are replaced as
well as mom's own nutrition) and Weaning (child-led and mother-led)

It was great fun, we learned a lot, and the moms really appreciated it!
