"I am interested in any information including research articles that address
the question of breastfeeding infants with high bilirubin levels."

Try the article by Gartner! Its a review article in Pediatric Clinics of
North America (April or February 2001?). I just had to use this in a
personal defence of breastfeeding with my own newborn a week ago. Ruth
Lawrence also has a very good chapter about jaundice and breastfeeding where
Gartner's work is also covered.

For the rest of the lacnetters; I didn't go on no mail! No time as I gave
birth to a daughter 10 days ago. I would like to wirte a mail about my
experiences when the dust settles and I have learnt to type with baby in
arms! For now I want to say how much lacnet enabled me to stand on my two
feet when it was needed, and how grateful I am.

(now mother from two boys and a little girl, Eva)
