There are a few companies that develop software for telephone triage
that have included breastfeeding. It would be way too costly to
purchase such a program and use only the BF guidelines. You might want
to check a couple peds books used for telephone questions. Some of the
companies I know of that have developed software are Cleveland Clinic,
LVM and McKesson. Barton-Schmidt (I believe the spelling is) is
supposed to be the "gold standard" for peds, but I'm not that
impressed. There are also some books about writing them--for instance
Sheila Wallace has one.
