Gonneke;
You may want to have a look under polycystic ovary syndrome. I know that
some women with this syndrome have an increased level of testosterone.
While I was observing Jack Newman earlier this year, I did ask him about
lactation with women with syndrome. He said that there was a specific
medication that he perscribes for it (...at this time I don't recall what it
is as my mind is on the exam... I think it started with an "M") [Maybe if
Jack is reading he could advise?] He said that it worked better than did
Domperidone.
I know this isn't a huge help but possibly might give you some where else to
look.
Best of luck
