I hope that the IBCLC she talked to, told her that she actually already had
a pump - i.e. her own two hands, which come with two excellent extensions,
one size fits all and which don't need to be cleaned, sterilised, put
together etc.
Ok, I'm wrong they do need to be cleaned.
Now I'm imagining a booth at a bf conference with a woman demonstrating how
she can express milk with her own two hands!
