Hi Toby.  The copy I purchased at our local LLL conference was also missing
those pages.  I called the publisher who told me to rip off the cover and
mail it to them and they would replace it.  About a week later I received a
package with 2 copies!  Very nice!

Subject: New Hale missing pages

Hi all - I just received my eagerly awaited new Hale and discovered that my
copy is missing pages, with obvious missing information.. Pages 562, 563,
566, 567, 570, 571, 574, 575, 578, 579, 582, 583, 586, 587, and 590. Has
anyone else received a defective copy?
