I've had had a question about this a couple of months ago. In the end it
turned out that some doctors do not want moms who get of will have to have a
bloodtransfusion to breastfeed, because of the risk of the blood being
infected with any dangerous virus or bacteria and thus the possibility to
infect the baby via the milk.
.... now speaking in a sarcastic voice... ofcourse the risk of the mom being
infected with a potential deadly virus is not that a big deal.
