Lisa Marasco did a great presentation at ILCA on PCOS which you might want to buy a tape of.  She also has a published thesis available through the Lactation Institute in CA.  These moms can present with fertility and low supply issues.  Very interesting stuff and helps you to realize how individual and complicated these and other cases of low supply can be.
