Meg asks for anyone attending the session in Boca to pass on info to
her.  Lisa Marasco has published a paper on the subject.  You could get
a copy from her.  As I remember, the price wasn't too bad.  I picked it
up when she spoke at our affiliate conference and haven't had time to
read it yet.
