I have seen at least a few Moms with *truly* inverted nipples whose nipple
tissue once everted was much more friable than normal *skin* like tissue, one
with almost raw meat like consistency and of course was much more likely to
abrade, a fairly thick application of lansinoh seemed to help....

Helene, did this seem to be the case with you ?
