I noticed a huge difference in my pumping output on a PIS v. a PY. The
PY use resulted in a letdown in about 5 mins.....the PIS took forever
and sometimes never resulted in one.
just my .02.....
also, what about herbs to increase supply? a really full breast will
respond more quickly it seems.....
