There is an article about such a case :
Breastfeeding an infant with an ulcerated hemangioma on the lip. C Band.
Current issues in clinical lactation 2000.

Not very optimist... The mother had to express her milk, because feeding at
the breast was very painful for the baby (even bottle feeding was
difficult).
