There are indeed more than 2 reasons why women don't breastfeed. Being an
IBCLC I thought you would have covered these points. we do have to be
careful here. There are other very genuine reasons where women are extremely
disappointed and do all they can in the circumstance they are in at the time
to keep things going but due to various anatomical difficulties  (baby and
or mother) and a host of other sometimes horrendous factors some (a very
small percentage) women are not able to breastfeed. It is important to
acknowledge these women and the extreme effort and length some of them go to
to in trying .
