Here's a way that I recommend to my WIC clients who have a very short time
for lunch and pumping.  Get the cheapest sports bra you can find and cut
small slits so that you can insert the flanges from the inside.  Let the
bra hold the flanges, and you still have 2 hands to eat lunch with while
you pump.  It's slightly more expensive than Catherine Decker's
recommendation, but still much cheaper than the special devices marketed
for this.  Of course, some moms who are larger-busted may not feel
comfortable using a sports bra.
