When I was dropping of some of my brochures at a local OB office, I saw
formula company sign up sheets for coupons at the check out counter.
Rather than bring up why they shouldn't do this, I asked the nurse if I
made a sign up sheet for coupons for my private practice, would they do
the same-she said yes. I made up a sheet on my computer with mom's name,
address, phone number, due date. The sheet also lists my services and
supplies I carry. The OB office faxes it to me every few weeks all filled
out. I use the list to send coupons and info about my practice. I also
call some of the moms to see if they want to come to my breastfeeding
class.
