Australian Breastfeeding Association (formerly Nursing Mothers'
Association of Australia) has a booklet that covers this as well as
hospitalisation of the baby, although of course is geared to
Australian conditions.
See new website: http://www.mothersdirect.com.au/ Go to Breastfeeding
Booklets, page 3, booklet entitled 'Breastfeeding and
Hospitalisation'. You can buy products now with a secure server.
