I have also had moms report of headaches when breastfeeding.  I have found
that the majority of them are related to poor body mechanics.  They are not
used to the position of holding a baby so much of the time and the trigger
points across the top of the shoulders are tight!!  I have had many moms
report relief with massage, heat and using a nursing pillow that velcros
around them with back support.
