Actually, it would be interesting to see what happened if all mothers who
consented to this procedure were asked for their milk--bf'ing or not--since
it is the best analgesic. This would be similar to mothers of babies in NICU
being asked for their milk when they had not planned to bf. Human milk as
medicine--a worthy message to convey.
