How about showing them an example of what b/m looks like discussing thiness,
blueishness, separating? Tips for thawing and heating b/m, safe storage and
handling, encouraging moms to come on their lunch hour and nursing baby.
Having a place that they can nurse comfortably. Then you can discuss the
benifits to THEM of moms breastfeeding; fewer illness/cranky babies, germs
to be spread, loss days of income due to sick baby being kept at home.
Maybe even suggest a hospital grade pump they can invest in as a great
selling point for their center. Inform them of local resources for their
breastfeeing moms.
