Shortly after that study was published, someone on LN posted an
excellent suggestion on the subject.  (Sorry, I don't remember who it
was and don't have time to look it up right now)  She asked a doc who
brought it up to take an Isis with him on rounds and keep squeezing it.
She had to frequently remind him not to stop because he would stop
"getting milk".  I think the point is well made-results are good when
the squeezing is done at the same rate as an electric pump, but
operating it by hand can get tiresome.  If mom needs to pause to relax
her hand, the total pumping time is longer.  The Isis seems to take less
effort, but it is the repititiveness that can get boring.
