Leigh,
I did my dissertation in bf and the workplace a few
years ago. I have some policies in my files, but I'm
sure there are better ones and more up to date out there
now.
I suggest you find a copy of last October's issue
of Working Mother. That is the issue in which
they list the 100 best companies, most family friendly
companies. Most years they list which companies have
lactation support, some years they even list what kind
of bf support but now always. In any case, they have
contact infor for the companies, so you can
be in touch with the HR department, or the
work/life dept. and get copies of their policies.

You can also check out the website of the Texas Dept
of Public Health
http://www.tdh.state.tx.us/lactate/
and
http://www.tdh.state.tx.us/lactate/mother.htm
They have a very active bf suppport program, including a
Mother Friendly Worksite award/designation.

Let us know how the presentation goes.
