I agree with Pat Gima that mixing the feeding methods can be helpful for
babies who have a very strong nipple preference. Sometimes one cup
feeding a day, a few fingerfeedings, and a different bottle nipple is
enough to give babies the idea that they can get food from many things
and make them willing to try the breast too.
