I think it might be in some or many cases, But that does not explain the baby
that has been breastfeeding fine or great for weeks and then, suddenly after
the introduction of a bottle or 2 starts to wriggle and fuss at the breast.

I agree: the definitions-discussion is for us, professionals, not for the
mothers we tend to. They just want and need to be cared for and directed back
to a satisfying breastfeeding relation with their baby.
