But we don't have to prove that! It is the risk stats that coumt.
There is no way one can prove that a child that is not in a car safety seat
will be in a accident an get injured or worse, and still in many countries it
is against the law to have a child in the car not in a seat. It is not
possible to prove that a given child will get polio or rubella or whatever if
not immunised, but still parents are urged, pressed to immunise their
children.
