I'm not doubting you, Andrea, but I'd like to know how you know this. This
information is not published anywhere that I know of. I don't recall
receiving that info even when I was on the IBLCE Board. And is this based on
one year? Two? Or all the years since 1985?
And, does it matter how long a LLL Leader has been a leader, or is it just by
virtue of the fact that she HAS been a leader at some point in time?
