Believe it or not, a few years ago (8 maybe?) I read a commentary by a
physician who stated that NO woman should breastfeed as every pregnant woman
(who got pregnant via the usual route) obviously had had unprotected sex, and
therefore was at risk for HIV.
Fortunately her opinion was in the minority....
