Regardless of HOW the embryo gets there, once it is in the womb, and the
pregnancy is maintained by progesterone et al (other hormones) the milk
supply will revert begin to revert to colostrum. The attempt to stimulate a
milk supply by pumping etc, will be pointless as the body is producing the
appropriate substance for the growing fetus. Another instance of how the body
systems function as a unit.
